It's probably a stupid owner... There are not many stellas with 200cc motors. There's very few running full vespa motors, and even less with the LML 200.
It's not the size of the tool that counts, it's the size of the box you put it in.

To the sellers credit, they said the scoot was a clone of the PX200. In the next paragraph they list the motor specs and call it a 150cc.
